For over 40 years I carried  a badge: former State & Federal Law Enforcement. I’ve faced danger with many of you, lost friends in the line of duty, and I know the sacrifices you make day in & day out.

I also served as a Force Recon Marine S-2 Scout (including service state side/ Okinawa & Vietnam 1969-1972), and subsequently  in the Coast Guard Reserves as a Special Agent (rate investigator). I understand the sacrifices you have made and continue to make.

That’s why  Nanette (Principal Broker) and I decided: when first responders buy or sell with us, a meaningful portion of our compensation comes back to you. No national programs, no fine print — just a direct thank-you from one former responder to those who serve.
