Nanette S. Fink-Eaton, a Broker with 28 years’ experience epitomizes integrity, expertise, energy

Nanette has vast experience and understanding in the sales of residential, commercial, 1031 tax-
deferred exchanges and industrial properties to include the sale(s) of casinos.

Nanette is a current panelist and former Chairperson for the Board of Standards & Ethics and is
an Ombudsman and Mediator for the Sierra Nevada Realtors (SNR), a panelist for The Review
Board for Violations of MLS, and former RSAR Director. Nanette formerly served as the RSAR
Legislative Board Chairwoman.

Nanette a native Nevadan and raised in a real estate family graduated from the University of
Nevada, Reno receiving her Master’s degree in Public Administration and Bachelor of Art in
Music.

Nanette is married to Rick Eaton (co-owner) and has a wonderful son Marshall. Rick is a retired
federal law enforcement executive and former Nevada Homeland Security Director.

Nanette a Graduate level vocalist and an enthusiastic member of the community donating her
vocal talents and performing at local churches and other venues.

Nanette has witnessed tremendous changes and growth in Northern Nevada. Having rode her
horses over once vacant land paths that are now covered in housing subdivisions and shopping
malls, her history is rich in the past and future trends of northern Nevada.
