My Story
Kim Salavarrieta, a Third Generation Realtor with 16 years’ experience is known for her ethics, expertise and her dedication to her clients and profession. Kim has watched and participated in Reno communities since the age of seven. Kim’s grandfather was a land broker and his projects included Rancho Haven, Sierra Brooks, and Moon Valley Ranch. Kim’s father managed her family’s real estate office. Kim’s childhood weekends were often spent at her grandfather’s developments and riding her horses.
Kim is an avid equestrian, was involved in 4-H, Junior & High school rodeo’s and won state titles in two consecutive years. Today, Kim is found often riding one of her two horses around Reno.

Kim has consistently demonstrated her ability to meet her client’s needs in their respective real estate transactions. Kim’s primary objective is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last a lifetime.
